Production and logistics of a UK Sampling tour to raise awareness of the new limited edition curry inspired Beanz range from Heinz

We were given a very short deadline to source, design and brand a mobile catering vehicle that could tour the UK, to coincide with National Curry Week 2023, sampling beans to the public

We brought on board a team of brand ambassadors and catering staff who toured the van to high footfall sites including Box Park in Shoreditch and Spinningfields in Manchester

We handled all operations and logistics to include sourcing locations, securing permits and managing stock, catering and service

The team handed out around 500 samples and recipe cards per day and interacted with thousands of members of the public
